Booking Process with Vietpower Travel

1. Booking Confirmation

• Once you accept our quote and confirm via email, Vietpower Travel will provide:

  • A Payment Invoice link, or

  • Our bank account details for deposit transfer.

2. Deposit Payment

• You can pay your deposit by:

  • Clicking the payment link provided and completing the payment form.

  • Or making a bank transfer using the given details.

3. Payment Confirmation

• For payments via our secure OnePay gateway, you will receive an automatic email confirmation once your payment is processed.

• For bank transfers, please email us the bank slip. We will confirm receipt and payment via email after verification.

4. Booking Confirmation

• Vietpower Travel will typically confirm your booking via email within 2 days after receiving your deposit.

• Any changes to your services will be communicated by email or phone.

• Adjustments to services and invoices will be made only with your agreement.

5. Travel Document Preparation

• To finalize your booking, please provide:

  • A scanned copy of your passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates).

  • Flight tickets (if already booked).

  • Any special service requests.

• Once completed, we will send you the necessary travel documents.

6. Final Trip Preparation

• Around 3 weeks before departure, Vietpower Travel will contact you by email to:

  • Confirm that you have all required documents.

  • Address any last-minute questions.

• If paying by credit card online or bank transfer, please ensure your final payment is completed before departure.
